The Audacity Adjustment Project

October 25 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The Audacity Project

A Sorores Infernae Course in Hexes, Curses, Corrective Magic, Ethics & Magical Responsibility

Course Dates: This is a 3 part course beginning on 10/25. The course runs from 7pm-9pm Eastern.

You wanted to learn what to do when someone has pushed your last damn button. Welcome to The Audacity Project.

This is a witchcraft course for exploring the darker, sharper, and considerably less forgiving side of magical practice—hexes, curses, baneful workings, protective magic, and corrective magic—without pretending that every problem in life needs to be solved with glitter, forgiveness, and a lavender candle.

Because sometimes you’re angry.

Sometimes someone has genuinely crossed a line.

And sometimes the most important magical lesson is learning when to act, when not to act, and why.

What Is The Audacity Project?

The Audacity Project explores the theory, construction, purpose, and responsible use of baneful and corrective magic. We’ll look at how witches throughout history and across traditions have approached magical retaliation, justice, protection, consequence, and boundary-setting.

But this isn’t a class about teaching you to throw a magical tantrum every time somebody annoys you.

We’re going to talk about ethics and morals just as seriously as we’re going to talk about magic.

Because knowing how to do something doesn’t automatically mean you should do it.

What We’ll Explore

Throughout the course, we’ll examine:

  • Hexes and curses
  • Corrective and retaliatory magic
  • Protection versus retaliation
  • Magical boundaries
  • Baneful magic and its historical context
  • The difference between justice, revenge, and spite
  • Magical ethics and personal morality
  • Intention, responsibility, and consequences
  • When magical intervention may—or may not—be appropriate
  • The importance of proportionality
  • Discernment and emotional decision-making
  • Cleansing and protective practices
  • Releasing anger without necessarily pretending it never happened
  • Taking responsibility for your own magical choices

Cancellations are accepted 48 hours in advance.
