THE SHADOW PROJECT
A Five-Week Journey Into the Hidden Self
The Shadow Project is a five-week immersive journey into the parts of ourselves that have been hidden, rejected, silenced, or misunderstood.
Rather than treating the shadow as something dark or inherently negative, this course approaches shadow work as an opportunity for greater awareness, self-understanding, and integration. Participants will explore the inner “departments” of the self, examine the parts they have learned to suppress, recognize what others may reflect back to them, explore the masks they wear, and listen more closely to their own desires.
The course combines guided reflection, journaling, experiential exercises, observation, and ritual to create a structured space for personal exploration.
Each week builds upon the last, moving from awareness into reclamation and ultimately toward integration.
THE FIVE MODULES
I — MEET THE DEPARTMENT
Understanding the Inner World
Begin by entering the inner world and meeting the different parts that make up your internal landscape.
II — THE PARTS YOU FIRED
Reclaiming What You Rejected
Explore the traits, emotions, and aspects of yourself you learned to hide, suppress, or reject—and consider what happens when those parts are invited back into awareness.
III — THE MIRROR
What Other People Show Us About Ourselves
Examine the reactions, attractions, irritations, and emotional triggers that arise through our relationships with others and discover what they may reveal about our own inner world.
IV — THE MASKS WE WEAR
Who Are You Performing For?
Explore the identities, roles, and protective masks we adopt and begin examining the difference between who we present to the world and what exists underneath.
V — THE PARTS THAT WANT SOMETHING
Listening to Desire
Turn toward the parts of yourself that are asking for something. Explore desire, unmet needs, internal conflict, and the messages hidden beneath our wants and behaviors.

The Shadow Project is a spiritual and educational course, not a clinical or therapeutic training. The accompanying handbook emphasizes moving through the work with curiosity rather than judgment and allows participants to pass on exercises or sharing that they do not wish to undertake.
