The Practice of Reconciliation, Forgiveness & Inner Healing
Sometimes the thing standing between you and peace isn’t the outside world. It’s what’s still unresolved within you.
Hoʻoponopono is a Hawaiian practice centered on reconciliation, forgiveness, responsibility, and restoring harmony. At its heart is the understanding that healing can begin by taking an honest look at what we carry—our memories, relationships, emotions, patterns, and experiences—and choosing to bring them into greater balance.
In this course, we’ll explore the history and foundations of Hoʻoponopono, its traditional cultural context, and how contemporary practices have adapted and interpreted it.
You’ll explore themes of:
🌺 Forgiveness and reconciliation
🌺 Personal responsibility
🌺 Releasing emotional patterns
🌺 Healing relationships
🌺 Working with difficult memories
🌺 Self-forgiveness and compassion
🌺 Letting go of what no longer serves you
🌺 Creating greater inner harmony
We’ll also explore the familiar practice of “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you.”—not as a magical phrase that fixes everything overnight, but as a framework for reflection, accountability, compassion, and releasing what we may have been carrying.
Because sometimes healing isn’t about pretending something never happened.
Sometimes it’s about finally deciding that it doesn’t get to own you anymore.
Come ready to reflect, release, forgive, and reconnect—with yourself and with the relationships that matter.
Less resentment. More responsibility. More peace.
Cancellations are accpeted 48 hours in advance.
