Poppets have long been used in folk traditions, symbolic ritual practices, and intentional crafting as representations of goals, healing, protection, abundance, remembrance, and personal focus. This hands-on workshop explores the history, symbolism, and mindful creation of poppets in a grounded, creative, and supportive environment.
Participants will learn how to create personalized poppets using fabric, herbs, crystals, symbols, and intentional practices while exploring mindfulness, creativity, and spiritual symbolism through craft.
